Rice Stuffing - Hashwit Mishshi

Makes: 4 cups
Cooking time: 10 mins

1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ghee or substitute
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon lack pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon or mixed species
1 cups rice, washed and drained
500 g (1 lb) coarsely ground or finely chopped meat
1 cup water

Directions: Saute onions in the ghee until soft. Mix onions and ghee, salt pepper, and cinnamon into rice. Add the meat and water. Mix well. This stuffing is used for vegetables.
